Sean Patrick's Restaurant & Catering are family owned and operated. Sean Flannagan began his career as a dishwasher, but soon discovered his true talent was in preparing, cooking and presenting food. Colleen Flannagan began her career in the same restaurant as Sean, as a bus person.
Once Sean had graduated from the prestigious Johnson & Wales College and Colleen had earned her degree from Regis College, the two teamed up to open their own restaurant in November of 1996. Sean Patrick's Family Restaurant became an instant success.
It was obvious that the next logical step was to bring many of the same fine items served and enjoyed daily in the SP dining room into homes, function halls, businesses and churches throughout Central Massachusetts. Soon after Sean Patrick's Catering also became a success.

The Chefs

David McLaughlin, Bruce Green, and Dennis Bisson
David McLaughlin is the P.M. Executive Chef and has been in Sean Patrick's Kitchen for 10 years. He specializes in Sauté style food.
Bruce Green is the Sou Chef at Sean Patricks. Bruce started out as a dishwasher, then trained with Dave. His specialty is Sauté
Dennis Bisson has gained his experience locally and specializes in downhome, traditional style dishes.
Tapas Chefs

Nikki and Jose
Nicole Rossetti is a creative Saute / Tapas chef at Sean Patricks Restaurant. She specializes in the non-traditional. Her portions are large and served over pasta. Nikki has gained her experience locally.
Jose Rodriguez was born in Argentina where his family owned and operated a restaurant. In 2000 Jose came to America in hopes of starting a career as a chef. Jose has a unique and distinct flavor in every culinary creation.
The Dining Room
Colleen Gilligan, Gina Williams, Pamela Doyle, Susan DiGeronimo, Jane McBride
Colleen Gilligan, Gina Williams, Pamela Doyle, Susan DiGeronimo are shift supervisors.
Jane McBride is, and has been,the dining room manager for 3 years. Jane worked as a server and manager in another locally owned restaurant.
The Bar Managers

Daniel Le Cuz and Edward Wilkenson
Ed has been a bartender for over 15 years.
Daniel has been tending bar for over 5 years. He started as a bar/wait person and has worked at some of the finest restaurants in the US.

The exact moment of birth of the tapa
is lost in time. The closest estimate of its humble origins would
possibly be sometime in the eighteenth century. Weary travelers would
disembark from coaches and saddle horses, to be met by eager innkeepers
with glasses of wine or sherry covered with a slice of bread. In the
Spanish language, this covering referred to as tapas, from the verb
tapar, “to cover”. This tapas kept insects, dust and unsavory debris
from settling into the wine and also served to whet the appetite of the
hungry travelers.
From this simple beginning the tapa evolved. A slice of Serrano ham,
a bit of Manchego cheese with marinated olives, were added as toppings,
as enterprising innkeepers vied to attract the travelers interest by
offering inventive and luscious dishes that induced yet another glass of
wine.
Tapas today are small delectable portions of food, served
individually as a custom designed meal. The use of meats and fresh
seafood, vegetables, olive oil and that wonderful flavor ~ garlic ~
ensures not only heavenly taste experience, but also a light fare. Sean
Patrick’s is pleased and excited in offering this eighteenthcentury
Spanish tradition. Our sauté tapas is exclusively prepared at our
sauté station located in our lounge area where you can watch
and enjoy the theatrical flambé preparation of your tapas
choice.The “art”of eating tapas is most enjoyable when experienced in
our casual lounge atmosphere and shared among family, friends and new
acquaintances.

cheese gently pressed between two slices of sour dough bread and
complimented with a cranberry mayonnaise served with lettuce and pickle
To a signature dish created by our chef David McLaughlin, like the Executive Reef and Beef. It's pan seared 5 ounce filet mignon prepared to your liking, topped with sauteed lobster, tomato white wine pesto sauce, and served over linguine.
Or, there's our famous seafood chowder, asian salmon salad, chicken and crab saute, fresh baked haddock, fried sea scallops, sirloin tips or Hawaiian scallop stir fry... just to name a few!
